General Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IV Hydration Infusion Nurse to join our team at Be Happy IV Hydration & Wellness Company. As an IV Hydration Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-quality intravenous therapies, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
 Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their hydration and nutritional needs. Offer personalized consultations to discuss treatment options and develop customized IV therapy plans.
 IV Infusion: Administer intravenous fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients according to physician orders or established protocols. Maintain strict adherence to safety and efficacy standards in IV therapy.
 Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient care by continuously monitoring vital signs, identifying, and addressing adverse reactions or concerns, and maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe treatment environment.
 Documentation: Maintain precise and comprehensive records of client assessments, treatment plans, and IV therapy administration. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and established documentation procedures.
 Education: Educate clients about the advantages of IV therapy, anticipated outcomes, and post-treatment care to empower them in making informed health decisions.
 Safety and Infection Control: Strictly follow safety and infection control protocols to minimize complications and ensure clients’ well-being. Practice aseptic techniques during IV insertion and maintenance.
 Collaboration: Work closely with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to effectively coordinate and communicate client care plans.
 Emergency Response: Be prepared to manage adverse reactions or complications during IV therapy by following established emergency procedures.
 Quality Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of our services by providing feedback on protocols, equipment, and the overall client experience.

Qualifications For the Job

Education Qualifications
 Bachelor of Science in Nursing
 Associate Degree of Nursing

Additional Qualifications
 Valid nursing license in Texas
 CPR certification (ACLS Certification preferred not required)
 Strong knowledge of IV therapy techniques
 Exceptional communication and Interpersonal skills
 Detail-oriented and highly organized
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
 A compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare

Work Experience:

 Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse
 Prior experience in IV therapy services preferred (not required)
